Temptation has a great team who are here to make your visit fun.

Peter Allinson - Peter is the owner and spends far too much time in the building. Peter started the business in the throws of his mid-life crisis after escaping from teaching and e-learning. He now knits all the tea cosies and makes a mean cake!

Jade Banks - Jade runs the front of house with precision and efficiency. Jade is a trained cocktail maker and plans our fantastic range of 'Boozies' - a delightful mix of a smoothie and a shot! Jade loves her dogs! 

Ollie Darby - Ollie runs our kitchen and has recently won the competition to find the 2009/10 Young Chef of the Year in the prestigious Sussex Food and Drink Awards. We are delighted! Ollie has a great feel for flavours and is always creating. Ollie plays the bass in Redman Red - highly recommended.

Kate Brigden - Kate is the arty one and has her own studio in Portslade.

Ashley Asplin - the newest member of our team, Ashley is the musical one with the excellent customer service.

Becky Lynch - Becky is our rebel - she can be found cavorting with the best of them and creating fabulous lunches.

Dan Whittle - Dan is king of cakes and makes the most fantastic chocolate ganache you are likely to taste.
