Temptation has a great team who are here to make your visit fun.

Peter Allinson - Peter is the owner and spends far too much time in the building. Peter started the business in the throws of his mid-life crisis after escaping from teaching and e-learning. He now knits all the tea cosies and makes a mean cake!

Jade Banks - Jade runs the front of house with precision and efficiency. Jade is a trained cocktail maker and plans our fantastic range of 'Boozies' - a delightful mix of a smoothie and a shot! Jade loves her dogs! 

Daniel Whittle - Daniel is our talented and creative chef, and a finalist in the 2010 Sussex Young Chef of the Year competition. He opened the business with Peter in 2009 and has a fantastic range of ideas and flavour combinations.

Jamie Cottell - joining us in 2011, Jamie bring a wealth of chef experience from a number of high quality restaurants.

Becky Lynch - Becky is our rebel - she can be found cavorting with the best of them and creating fabulous lunches.

Ashley Asplin - Ashley is the musical one with the excellent customer service and a great grin.

Rosie Davis - Rosie balances writing and editing Brighton's latest style magazine with turning out fantastic coffees.

Hannah Monkcom - Hannah is the red head one, always with a smile and an enthusiastic comment.

Kate Brigden - Kate is the artistic one, running her own gallery space and controlling our new Library venture.

Lucy Pettifor - Lucy is the clever one and can be seen smiling politely at the weekends.

Jacob Zoob - Jacob is the coffee demon and makes a mean brew.

James Halling - James is the tall one - fantastic for reaching those wine glasses!
